Stitch Placement of House Bug

I tried twice to place stitch's house in the forest of valor and the build mode glitches and freezes once place and can not escape to game mode, I can click inventory normally that exists build mode but when I click inventory nothing happens. House was placed in the corner near where the original frozen house was located in that corner of forest of valor.

I placed the construction plans on the beach first but then changed my mind and when I attempted to move the house plans to forest of valor got the bug where can not exit build mode, however, when I upgraded the house on the beach I was then able to move it but when I attempt to exit build mode game freezes and glitches will not exit. Have to end program and relog.

I think I found the problem. I was able to place in the frosted heights and other places in the forest of valor, however, upon closer look at the area I wanted, found a dark flower that can not be picked, likely that is bugging game out when attempting to place home on it.

You have to water that flower with your watering can tool to restore the color.
Then you can relocate it or pick it up.

The game calls these dried flowers and there is occassionally a daily dreamlight task to water two of them.

thanks :) that's extremely helpful. I had no idea that was a thing. Wonders if that's a bug or part of something else?
