Game has a Waterfall Wall Piece in the store and will NOT let me buy it.
This is the first time I've seen this piece in the store but I've been trying over and over to buy it but it just won't let me.

same with me it's a bug, mine was located in the upper left side of scrooges :(

Exact same for me. It was the first item up the stairs on the left.

It's a known bug. Gameloft added it to their Trello Issue Tracker Board under the "Aware of Issue" section.

No E prompt and no option to buy it.

same here, the only item I've been checking the store for every day and its bugged. ughh!

I wonder if they will do an compensation deal.
To explain, when something like this is bugged significantly, the Devs will give the item to all players free as compensation for the inconvenience.

I don’t know if Gameloft has ever done this.
But it would be really simple for the Devs to simply put the item in the mailbox for every player.
That they have done before.

They sent something to our mailboxes at least one time in the past, for some frustrating game bugs, but I don't recall what the prize(s) was/were, now.

Yeah that would be nice, especially for new players without much $ in the game yet.
