Should we get more cooking stations?
For convenience, I want to put a cooking station in Dazzle Beach.
As far as I know, the only external cooking station is the one in Sunlit Plateau.

I got a beach themed cooking pit from Moana, but it is just decorative.

So I want more cooking stations.
Ideally, themed ones, so I can have one suitable for whatever theme I have in mind.
Beach first please.

Any of the "several" cooking options work on Dazzle Beach. I happen to use a flat top stove and refrigerator (for extra storage) near Moana's Fishing Boat. Edit: got rid of the fridge when I added a large chest.

Not sure why some furniture, that looks functional, is not. I guess it has to meet the constraint of having the cooking pot show up on top of it.

These both are functional for me.....the swamp one is kind of "themed".

That's one of the things that irk me about this game. Items should be more interactive and we get items that we think might be functional but are only decorative. I hope they change this in the future but I have a feeling they won't.

agrees, scary how facade props are prioritized over functionality, looks like they are trying to make their products more functional. I would never design a commercial product for disney, a disney ride for example, that players could not ride, what is the point? To made the game look legit? To what end? To deceive and exploit players with most minimal expense and effort. Even I can script a 3D object to omega in the z or the y or x axis. Those are pretty much entry level skills.

Regarding stoves. Not a fan of the stove mickey gives, does not match the interior of the condemned looking houses interior furnishings. It could have looked little more disney ish, considering it was a gift I believe from Mickey. I would suggest instead a cute wood burning style stove.

Themed cooking stations would in my opinion be more of an asset to the game versus approx 59 themed beds.

I like the outdoor cooking station near scar, I picked it up into my inventory and it unlocked the plans and I crafted those for outside cooking spots. They are less large appliance looking.
