Fairy Godmother not showing up

Hey! I've just gotten back to the game to try out the new content, but the Fairy Godmother won't show up :( I finished Olof's Blizzard Story quest and all the other story quests I still had pending (putting up furniture), which supposedly is what I needed to do, but the pumpkin stays empty.

Are there any specific companion quests I need to complete which may be hiding other story quests?

This happened to me as well.
The prerequisite is that Minnie Mouse must be present in the Valley.
