Because one of those cross-linked prerequisites actually disabled his arrival ingame and he did not show up until I figured out what I had to do, something else they should have explained.
Honest opinion, Disney Speedstorm needs all the promotional help it can get, it's not a very good game.
I bought the Founders Pack because I thought it would be fun to race with Mulan (she is in a FP).
The fun factor wore off about 3 weeks later when the game insisted I had to win every race in position 1 to level her up when she got to 6.
Races where I had compete against other players who are attacking me every meter of the race or NPCs who are scripted to win better then I could.
In the end, I got so frustrated just trying to get Mulan to level 7, I uninstalled the game.
For the record, Disney Speedstorm is the game that got me to quit playing competitive games forever, because of that experience, I am going to focus on games like Dreamlight Valley and Magic Kingdoms, where there is no competitive gameplay.
Yeah, Stitch feels disconnected to the rest of Dreamlight Valley. He's not really involved with anyone in the valley except Donald. I hope we get more characters from that movie, though!
As for Speedstorm, it's a bummer its such a bad game. I bought it, too, but I feel obligated to unlock everyone since I spent money on the game. If I can't unlock everyone released before free-to-play launch, I'll be extremely disappointed.
I understand why you gave that game up, but please don't judge other competitive games on Speedstorm. That game is broken. Even people still playing the game hate Ranked mode, not that there's many people still playing.
Lilo will probably be the next franchise character, possibly followed by Angel (Exp624).
Nani would be nice, but I am uncertain if they will add her at alll.
Really uncertain if Jumba will be incorporated.
My main disappointment with Speedstorm was I only had one character I am really fond of, Mulan.
I don't know if they added any more of my favorite characters after I quit playing the game.
But even so, given how stressful I found just upgrading Mulan, I would not want to try this with another racer.
It wasn't just Speedstorm that caused me to lose interest in competive games, it was just the final straw.
I had bad experiences with KHuX (deactivated) and Battle Mode becoming pay2win/pay2play.
I just wanted to enjoy the story and they excessively monetized the continue feature, to the point where those games were impossible to stay competitive without buying lots of ingame resources with real $$$.
Someone did recommend MarioKart to me, but given it is incompatible with

I don't think it is worth playing.
Also, it might be too similar to Speedstorm.
