Feed Turtles UI Glitch

This happened just now.
Even exiting and resetting the client completely did not fix this.

What exactly am I seeing here?

Tilarta gets temperamental if there is no turtle feeding!

I've run into this will all the critter since the patch I wanna say 2 maybe 3 days ago. I think based on the little icon at the bottom right of the screen it's supposed to give you a hint to when you give them things they like but as of right now I can't feed any of the critters anything.

I have the same problem cant feed the racoon for mirabels quest.

i have the same issues since the update.

I was able to feed a turtle today.

The only variable that changed was that I gifted the training manual to a villager.
So I wonder if having that item in inventory is causing the glitch?
