Not quite sure what you mean by this. It looks from my pov a solid game in development..?
Or am I not seeing something.

its not a real game, the graphics are fabricated to look like Manor Lords. It's a marketing scheme to get people to wishlist so they maybe develop a game in the future. The publisher is infamous for doing this.

The title is obvious to make it easy to find, it's a ridiculous title for a game. It's like naming a game Shooter Game WW2, or RTS game Rome etc.

a lot of games kinda look the same, that doesn't make it fake, also the game is in development so it will be the future.

If the publisher is infamous for doing it, which other games has it published.

Your comment about the ridiculous name is ridiculous, there's plenty of games out there, with their names being what the game is.

Adding a game to the wishlist is the biggest support for me, as it increases its visibility on Steam.

I honestly don't know how you can conclude that the game isn't being made, since I show footage of it on social media all the time. These aren't random graphics taken from the internet, but the results of my hard work.

As for the name, I wanted it to be easy to remember and at the same time reflect the meaning of the game - that it will be a city builder set in the world of the Vikings

A year full of data showing its being made.

Also shows it being developed by 1 person from Poland. (soon more than 1 (hiring))

Based on how many games being made, some are bound to look abit similar.

I just found out about this game, looks great and i wish the best to its development

Cheers

Being an Indie Dev is hard.
Doing hard work, learning new things, implementing new ideas. adjusting so many tiny details. and then getting tagged as scammer, faker etc.
So annoying.

Added to my wishlist.

Ok thats fair we could be wrong for sure but video from steam page shows (if not staged ) you had working demo or something ....so why we get only lore devblogs ? where is new videos with new features etc. or something which shows how you progressed its a year and nothing to show only lore ?

I agree.
Besides, naming is in itself a marketing skill that not many devs will master.
Besides, names can change if brilliant ideas ever pop up later.
Besides, there is no harm done whatsoever. No foul play possible. Strange opening post indeed.

I have already mentioned this somewhere when it comes to the name of my game. I just wanted players to know what they were dealing with when looking at the name. Viking City Builder - a city builder set in the realities of the Vikings. I don't want to change the name - the game is already known by that title, I wouldn't want people to suddenly have to learn a new name.

don't play it??? its that simple... I don't get some of you people who seem jealous of the developer.... who you seem to attack for no reason... So this to me, I see alot of people like you are just jealous that this developer has the talent and dedication to make a game such as this..

if you don't like it, don't play it. its really simple.. some of you I think should find a new hobby if you hate gaming this bad that you need to find someone to attack for no reason..

as a developer and one who retired from studio, contractor life....
and went on there own as well, I wish you well.. Ignore the trolls, they do this to developers all the time, they just want to get a reaction out of you. Your community will deal with the trolls.

Just keep on working hard, and ignore the nay sayers and trolls.. I know this from experience.. People have serious issues.
