All good took me a while to get it as well. :)

Yeah.. they allow you to rebind the interact key, but they forgot that they hard coded the interact key to "E" when getting out of bed.. Which means your interact key rebind is useless. Also the Enter key is hard coded to open the chat window, so rebinding anything to it instantly opens the chat Window instead of performing the requested rebind assignment.
