Early access has nothing to do with copyright infringement, understand? understood well? it's clear?
Which is why Valve removed this crap from the store.
Scam also confirmed by some developers, which is the second reason for this failure defended by people like you who still insist. These devs never had money to finish this game, the goal was to try to scam naive people like you, collecting as much money as possible.

Key word here 'LOOKED' like a real fun game. Obviously as you can see by the backlash and amount of refunds, it clearly wasn't the case. So why do you say 'mostly negative people' instead of being happy that you avoided buying something that wasn't what was advertised?
And early access wasn't a good enough excuse in this case, most early access games don't close and become unbuyable after just a few days.. there is a reason for that.
