How come the 2011 version of the game has ryougi shiki, sion TATARI, Warchilla, White/Black Len, the meme cats and even powered Ciel, but the 2021 updated version doesnt even have SHIKI?!?!

whats the meaning of this blasphemy? Will they add more characters?

This is a prequel to the Tsukihime remake, while the original Melty Blood was a sequel to Tsukihime and its fandisc. At least, that's the official reason why lots of characters are missing, and why Red Arcueid is different from MBAACC.

We still don't know whether they'll do DLC or full-blown iterations.

its not a prequel to a 19 year old game, this game came out as a prequel to a game released a month prior.

essentially tsukihime remake came out August 26 2021 and this game came out september 2021.

you can treat this 2021 melty blood as a remake too. all the character missing except len and aoko are connected to warachia so him not being in the game/story means none of the other characters will be in the game.

ryougi shiki missing is fine because she was a "guest" character but now we have saber for that.

expect aoko/len as dlc or both of them in the next game iteration of the game.

What? 2002 Boomer Version doesn't have Ryougi Shiki, White Len, Black Len, Meme Cats, and Powered Ciel. It also in a way had LESS characters with 11 unique characters while the vampire versions were clones with the same exact movesets.
