Game crashing after "Press Any Key" screen.

Literally what the title says. Thought it was the mods until I tried playing vanilla. I have tried many things to get this game to work and I keep getting the same result. Deleting the save files, editing the registry, validating files, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, disabling cloud, turning off and on the computer. At this point, I might be convinced lighting the computer on fire would work. Jokes aside, any other solutions?

I forgot I made this discussion. Turns out I've been deleting the wrong file, specifically the game settings file. I've seen that deleting the settings file was the solution, and for some reason, there were 2 of them: one in the Steam folders and the other in the AppData folders. I expected the file to regenerate when it didn't. That was because I deleted the one in the Steam folders. I realized that after seeing the correct file path, which was in the AppData folders. After deleting the settings file from there, it regenerated that time. From what I understand, that file wasn't supposed to be there to begin with. What I didn't understand was why and how it was even there. Anyway, the game is in working condition now. If the game is still not working after deleting the settings file, you might have deleted the wrong one. Here's the correct path to the file so you don't make the same mistake I did: C:\Users\[name]\AppData\LocalLow\Team Reptile\Bomb Rush Cyberfunk\SaveData Thanks and apologies!

Thanks for clearing that up! The location used to be different on release - that's why you still had that file.
