(solved) can't switch back to inline skates

I was using Jay to switch to other skates but it had no option so I switched to skateboard but now I can't switch back to inline skates. How to switch back to skates ?

The top garage for the skates should unlock in chapter 3. But if you crashed at the end of chapter 2 and continued the story without going back to hideout (every chapter automatically starts there normally) you may have missed the unlock for now.
