Request - updated map items
The biggest complaints I've been seeing are almost entirely about navigation, especially to the gameplay-important elements like character/style switch locations. It especially feels like a crucial missing feature because of how sparse they are through these massive maps - if they were easy to find, or if they were on a map, the situation would be fine, but it's tedious with both of those being the case. I'd be curious to hear everyone's thoughts in a consolidated thread here. What else should be added to the map?

* Cypher dancepads
* Style switch locations (skateboard/inline/BMX)
* Toilets
* Taxi stands - maybe only previously discovered ones?

I would consider the above to be the most important and super important both to NG but ESPECIALLY critical to playing the post-game. I think there's an argument to be made for maybe adding map disks, combo robots (maybe just the portal they open), side character unlocks (especially ones you've already seen), and probably others I'm missing. Another note, I'm not familiar with any publicized intent to push this in a future update. Any thoughts?

Area transitions as well, like in JSRF. Not that big a problem once you've been playing for a while and know how the world connects. It's pretty simple, but it's that kind of thing that's always nice to have when you're starting out or haven't played in a few months or years.

I would also like to see a way to change the current equipped style's cosmetic on the fly instead of having to head back to the hideout for that. Sure, keep the actual style change as an interactable we have to walk up to in the hideout, but at least let us customize the looks on the go. That's not map-related, but I'd say it's also a must-have. It's pretty annoying to have to head back to the hideout everytime we unlock a new character (to change the style look specifically) or find a new cosmetic.

But back to map improvemnts... We already have a post-chapter collectible that shows every missing graffiti spot on the map. It'd be nice if there was one such map for collectibles as well. The robo posts could be included in this map since they all hold a collectible.

A lot of developers, especially if they're independent in some way, tend to be tight-lipped about any sort of update. You could bug the devs for info on their official Discord, but I'd just wait and see what sort of fixes and improvements we get between now and the end of September. I'm sure they're compiling all the feedback and will work on what they can when it's feasible. For one, I'd say the bugs will take priority over QOL improvements.
