Millenium Mall CDs
Can't find the the Da People or I Wanna Know CDs which I've read are supposed to be in Millennium Mall.

There's a section in the mall around the theater hall where go into this spiraling staircase going up to get back out. It's at the bottom of that staircase and the other one I believe is at those round structures where you can on top of them the highest one has glass on top. Use the skates to break it open.
