How do you use the taxis?
I'm activating these taxi signs everywhere but I have no idea how to take one and the game doesn't provide any tutorial for it.

Taxis? Where? When? I just reached that "hub" area, the Eclipse's turf. Do we get cabs after that or something?

THANK YOU SO MUCH. Got all the way up to chapter 3 and never even met the taxi guy, just went back and saved him

Holyshiit :GhostScared:, I finished the game and just now I found him, I mean I did saw him and I even run over the police officer there just because they where like close to each other but the cutscene didnt start so I thought it was just scenery... :CryingGhost: :CryingGhost: :CryingGhost:
