Thank you for reporting!
I found the bug that causes the FPS drops too.
Apparently, this happened because the program responded to collision each frame.
I'm still working to fix it, but it is difficult and takes time.
But idk why the bug is fixed thb.
(Still it responteded to colliding objects message each frame.)
Seems to be no FPS drops, but if you still have problems, please comment again.
I don't have this situation yet, but at least the mod doesn't expect to remove a collision of rooms.
If you want to make a room without a corridor e.g. enter directly at another room, it can't.
Edit :
I have tried several times and have never been able to reproduce the problem, so if you could provide the save data, I would be happy to verify it further.
My env is both my mods with realism mod too except for assembly.dll of realism mod.
The link you're pasted seems invalid or private so I couldn't try anything.
I'm currently playing on 2023.05.26 and I have some really strange bugs.
For example I cannot place objects which are snapping to walls (f.e medic station, or wall heater), after placing normal objects like a desk.
- Also I have this annoying issue that I cannot select employees after I moved their desk which they are assigned to.
A simple "Save game" and reload fixes most of the issues, but its still really annoying.
However, thx for this really great mod. <3
Thank you for asking!
Honestly, I haven't been playing this game for a long time, so I don't know whether the main game updates have conflicted with my mod or not at this point.
Furthermore, now that MGT2 has finally finished its EA, I've regained some motivation and plan on fixing the problem.
However, please don't expect too much because it's been a while since I last read the source code of MGT2.
The mod is great and incredibly useful. One of the must-have mods along with Realism Mod.
Good luck.
I'm glad to hear that, I'm so happy I could cry!.
Now, I fixed this mod, it would be never problems.

MGT2-Object-Collision-Remover : v1.02
Its definitely a must have mod #1 for every playthrough.
But I haven't checked it yet because there is no new version of realism mod.
Edit:
For me the mod still works after the update.
Maybe you installed BepinEx wrong.
