Mouse/movement issues

Hi, I recently bought this game. I've had several times now the following issue: I play the game, get out using e.g. the Windows key to look up some info on Google, and then hop back in. Suddenly, the screen keeps scrolling to a specific direction until I'm on the edge of the map. I can move the other direction, but this happens only very slowly, and when I release my WASD buttons or mouse movement, it heads back again to the edge of the map. I need to restart to get it to work normally again, and then the same thing happens when I get out. Any ideas what this could be and how I could fix it?

Hey! Do you by any chance have any controllers or other input devices plugged in? If so, please try unplugging them and playing.

If you switch active windows a lot, you may also change the following settings: Edge scrolling and Constrain cursor to a window. You can enable/disable them in the game's Options (General tab, Control section).
