Report a translation problem
So, I think the condition itself might have worked just fine. As the counter resets every time the condition triggers, it will remain 0/1 for the entire game (when it reaches 1/1, the effect triggers, and the counter is reset).
Though, do you happen to remember what the effect was? We received some reports that there were issues with specific effects. Since then, we released a couple of fixes that should deal with those issues ^^

Yes, I guess I wrote a bit too hastily for my initial post but of course it would always be at 0/1 - the problem was that the "Gained" counter also remained at 0 forever.
I think it was harvesting/planting speed and I did see a line about this effect being fixed in one of the patches. I assumed it was the condition that was bugged when it was in fact the effect. I've since had a similar cornerstone in another game and the "Every completed event" condition triggered as expected.
