Update 1.2 -- Reverted Brass Forge lvl 4 upgrade

I just got update 1.2, and while I've played many games previously upgrading my hearth to the district level, In the smoldering city I now see that the Brass Forge lvl 4 upgrade is not purchased. I'm not sure exactly what upgrades I had purchased before, so there may be others that flipped, but this one at least I'm 100% sure I had purchased previously and somehow now is no longer purchased.

Hey! In Update 1.2 we made many changes to the Upgrade Tree including some to the Brass Forge branch:

• Brass Forge Level 3 - moved from level 4 to level 3. Removed the Hearth upgrade unlock, added the Mine upgrade unlock instead.

What was previously Brass Forge Level 4 was moved to another tier.

This happened to me as well, along with the ability to add haulers and some other things. I started a new city without noticing all the missing things.
