game is crashing my pc on startup

No error message or anything, my computer just restarts everytime I try to open the game. Any help appreciated.

My specs
GTX 960
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.20 GHz
16gb RAM

Things I have tried:
Verifying integrity
Updating drivers
crying

Worth noting that I have not played the early access, I just bought the game.

Hey! I'm sorry to hear about the crashes, it must be really frustrating :( We'll try our best to help.

The thing that bothers me a bit is that the entire PC is crashing. PC apps, other than drivers, can't completely shut down a PC. The operating system prevents it by closing the app in case of errors.

When a PC freezes, crashes, or a blue screen occurs, it usually means there's a driver conflict, a hardware failure, or an operating system error.

Some things that we recommend doing in the first place are:

• Perform a clean installation of drivers (one that removes previous versions of the driver).
  
• Or rollback drivers to a previous version. Sometimes, the latest drivers may be unstable.
  
• Check if your hardware is overclocked and reset it to default settings if it is. Sometimes hardware comes factory-overclocked, so you might not be aware it's overclocked already.
  
• Run various hardware diagnostic tools (e.g. stress test, MemTest, etc.)

If it doesn't help or if you need support with any of those steps, please message us via [e-mail] or create a new post in #bug-reports channel on our Discord[discord.gg].

Please include the zipped contents of your game saves folder. It's located here:

%userprofile%\appdata\locallow\Eremite Games

This might give us some clues, but as the entire system is crashing, the game doesn't have time to generate error logs.

We'll look into the files and try to provide some additional suggestions if necessary.

I've tried all of that, inclusive everything on that list you guys have on your website. Right now I have just clean installed windows, but it did not work. I will post my files on discord later. Thanks!

Oh, and no I didn't see anything related to unity. Last time I tried opening the game I managed to get past the initial loading screen and I *think* what I saw was the menu? Not sure.
