High GPU and CPU load

I have a fairly solid PC and this game is loading my PC like crazy.
I have 3080 and i5-12600K and 32Gb RAM.

For some reason a few minutes into the game my CPU starts running at ~25% (2 full load cores) and GPU at ~90%. The whole systems runs pretty hot at ~75-80C and the fans become really noisy.

I feel like there are some GPU optimization issues because this game does not seem like graphics intensive game at all.

Anyone know any fixes/workarounds for it?

Actually mainly is CPU.
If I put high setting, my CPU will overheat.
Medium however will never cause overheat so I play medium setting then

Have you limited the fps in the options menu (or alternatively, vsync enabled)? If not, then the game will render as many frames as your computer is able, in which case it's normal you get high GPU and/or CPU usage.

Limiting the FPS to 60 helped! I now have ~35% GPU utilization and it does not overheat anymore.

The trick was:
Option -> VSync=Off -> FPS slider shows up -> Move to 60.
