Decaying Food, too strong

5 food items every 10 seconds, 3:30 with the max 2 workers on it. That's 6x3+3=21 ticks for 105 food items minimum, not counting the time to get there. Compared to pretty much any other debuff, coupled with the fact that there's no way to mitigate it, and your people are of course still eating while this is going on, I've always felt this was a bit too strong. It's a straight dive to 0 food for me every time it shows up. (maybe not in late game, but nothing much matters in late game)
