First Dawn Headquarters question
Level 1, 5 and 10 upgrades of the First Dawn Headquarters refer to providing 10% more citadel resources once settlement run is completed.

Yet, I still get 70 food stockpile units on Veteran with 7 normal, unexploited food tiles, with these three bonuses acquired. So, I guess I have misunderstood these citadel upgrades and the bonus it provides is elsewhere.

"providing 10% more citadel resources once settlement run is completed."

Stockpile also differs on which map, map modifier etc you select. Also it is entirely possible you hit the cap of stockpiles on veteran. As in this is the highest stockpile you can get.
(Cuz you know if we get with maxed out citadel around 128 or so food stockpile while you get 70 on veteran...seems a bit unfair:))

Yeah, I already counted modifiers by making sure to compare settlements that have no modifier, only 7 unused tiles. Or are these citadel upgrades only giving 30% more resources (when summing them) specifically from modifiers?

Emissary difficulty still provides more than Veteran difficulty, since it provides 91 food stockpile and Veteran difficulty provides 70. Or maybe it only affects other citadel resources, namely machinery and artifacts? Or maybe it's only a bonus for Emissary difficulty and any higher difficulty? I'm frankly a bit lost about these citadel upgrades.

Well, it seems it doesn't increase Veteran difficulty food, then, since it's 70 food with 20% increase and 70 food with 30% increase. Or maybe it increases each tile reward separately? On Veteran, it's 10 food when having 20% increase, so it's probably 8 food per tile with 0% increase and there's a rounding to 10 when having a 20% increase (9.6). If so, with 30% increase, it's still rounded to 10 food per tile (10.4). That would explain why the increase isn't noticeable on Veteran difficulty.

Hey! You're right, it appears there's something wrong with it. We'll look into it!
