Disappearing vegetables?

Hi, I've got an order for 20 vegetables, so I've currently got two foragers gathering vegetables from a moss broccoli camp. But every time the vegetables are taken to the store, they disappear.

Raw food consumption is turned off (and all of the races are getting at least one complex food need met anyway). I've checked all my recipes, and there are no recipes where vegetables are allowed. I've checked the stores of the other buildings and I can't see any vegetables there so they're not accidentally being taken there for recipes. I've also set a limit in the storehouse for a minimum of 20 vegetables, but the vegetables are still disappearing? Does anyone know where they're going? I'm not sure if this is a bug or some mechanic I don't understand.

I just checked and I do have a bloodflower event active that I completely forgot about! Thank you, I feel so dumb lol.
