But let's say 30-40min?
I am at prestige 13 and some games where I get really unlucky take like 2h30, but usually I'd say my games take like 1h~1h30
An hour to an hour and a half is the minimum though.
It's possible to go faster, especially if you're fast while pausing and aren't distracted by youtube vids or other things.
Under 2 hours should be the average, barring really bad mistakes/bottlenecks/etc.
Prestige 20 takes a little longer, but not by much overall.
Some of the REALLY lucky settlements I've had have taken to early year 4, and if I remember correctly I had an awesome settlement that finished by the end of year 3 once.
Both of which took around a half an hour.
So someone with REALLY great micro skills and mastery of keyboard shortcuts might be able to get consistent 20 minute settlements.
