From what I remember reading, 1% is pretty spot on.
Its still the most ridiculous achievement in the game to obtain by far.
I dare not count up how many times I too have rolled industry and played a long game taking all the other industry buildings out of the equation.
The Finesmith is also incredibly rare, I have seen that pop up once.
at full citadel you have 25 buildings in the industry category. 100/ (23x4+2) = 1.06% chance for the foundry
I just started a new profile and hald a long game: got all the BPs from the rep and shops I could and then LPF dropped. GG. End of the subject.
When one of the best options is to "Try to get it with a new profile", it's a clear sign of a very flawed idea. Achievements should not be so heavily based on RNG.
