That would be pretty hard because there are items that alter the length of each year. No matter how long their break is, just kinda average that all of them will consume something in 2 minutes for each villager you have within the production time and waive off the logistical time with their breaks.
Sorry, i mean "year" not "day". And IMO it pretty easy - the game obsviusly know the lenght of each season and can add them togther. Then just caclucate how in average single unit consume during that time for each species. And add those number togther multiplied by number of units in each species.
In other words, by restricting their access to all but one of the complex food available, the rate of food consumption will be the slowest?
(Yes, I know that I sound like an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ manager ...)
This does however make it even easier to calculate how many breaks each race takes per season with a few exceptions: First, we don't know exactly how long each break is. Second, a person will not take a break until after they finish a job, no matter how long the job takes, so if they start a job that would take 5 minutes when they would otherwise take a break in 15 seconds, they will not take a break for the next 5 minutes. Due to these factors, the average break time can vary quite a bit.
When it comes to forbidding foods or services: For raw food it does not matter but for complex food or services you get a malus on resolve if you have the items your villagers desire but deny them (no malus if no items is in storage). If I remember rigth that malus is a -3 to -5 per complex food/service you deny.
So if you only allow one service and complex food at a time you will get up to -12/-20 in resolve.
