if you don't want to do paradise on sealed forest for some reason, the easiest way to lower your villagers' resolve when everyone is in the blue is to unassign the firekeeper from the ancient hearth. when the fuel runs out, everyone gets the No Hope debuff, -20 Resolve, and also loses the bonus resolve from hearth levels
you can further unassign the firekeepers from the other hearths to disable their effects. every unlit hearth will lower resolve drastically
if you are running temple to keep hostility low, unassign one of the workers to disable its effect. you could do the same with any of the other service buildings that give resolve. make sure to leave 1-2 people in the building, as you still need them to haul service goods there
one problem I see in your screenshot is that you have a population of 70. at that point becomes hard or even impossible to satisfy all of your villagers' needs from a single trader, even if they bring the service good or food you were looking for. try sticking to 30-40
one other obvious thing that makes paradise easier is playing below p6. p6 through p8 raise consumption and building costs by 50%, so your stuff is worth 2/3 as much
also don't run any glade events when you know you are about to pop off - scouts don't take breaks while they work
if you know you have enough goods to light up all of the tiles, you can unassign all of your villagers in production buildings. that way they will take the break as soon as the break time is up and won't be held up by a long production cycle
