Advanced Smelting
I purchased Advanced Smelting from the trader but the +2 copper bar production is not being reflected in my production buildings, such as the Smelter. Is there something that Im not understanding about Advanced Smelting?

it could be that you are have a storm mystery active that halves metal recipes' output
