Getting through the tutorial?

I'm at the "place a Woodcutter's Camp" stage. It won't let me select the crown (blueprints) again. I've clicked and right-clicked on free space and on the forest. No idea what I'm supposed to do.

You get a number of buildings known for free at the start of every settlement.

These can be found on the buttons on the bottom left, above the reputation bar.

The woodcutter's camp is in the "Camps" button, which is 2nd from the left.

You can also go into options to assign certain camps to a keybind. It would be worth your time to go through all the options and keybinds at some point.

The tutorial tries to teach you the cycle:
-You complete a task, you gain reputation (blue bar bottom left)
-That reputation grants you a new blueprint. (you only have 1 option now, later it will be more)
-Selecting the blueprint adds that building to your build menu, which as trinsin writes is above the reputation bar.
