Is this game cloud save or local save
I'm going to format my pc and I dont know if my progress will be lost

The game saves files locally (and then Steam Cloud handles all the cloud save work). If you want to be extra careful, you can also make a manual backup. The game saves progress here:
%userprofile%\appdata\locallow\Eremite Games
