Quite bad Scroll-lag

I havent played this in a while and decided to get back to it for a few rounds. but it is basically unplayable because if I try to scroll the map it jumps like it's stuttering but it's not actually lagging. If I wanna pan a frew pixels suddenly I'm looking at the edge of the map. but it's not that it jumps there the moment I hit the button but rather it seems to build up panning speed then suddenly jump and then stop. Same if I try to rotate the camera, even if I just poke the button, at certain angles it will jump around 90 degrees, POOF, throwing me way off.

Is this a known issue?

My PC is deffo good enough, that cannot be an issue, but maybe it's because I'm playing on an ultra-wide screen? Caould that be the problem?

I have this issue when scrolling around it stutters or lags a bit. Also meant to add I have played the game on my old setup (ultrawide) and brand new setup (27"OLED) with a 4090 and have seen the same issue.

Anyone have an answer to this? Same issue. Framerate is fine but scrolling is jumping like crazy.

Edit: Nvm fixed it. Disable Vsync and play around with monitor refresh rate and it goes away.

Same here, tried changing a few display options, nothing stuck. It's really bad.

update: for some reason streaming the game on discord fixed the edge panning lag lol

I forgot to comment myself, For me it stopped when I play in window mode, it's a tad annoying since in windowmode on a super-wide it's kind of hard to see anything except sideways, but it works.

Same here, its making me want to shelf the game for now, I move around a little by WSAD and BOING BOING BOING, all the sudden im looking at the edge of the map, Framerate goes from 144 to like 20 BOING, then back to 144

Hey guys - I disabled V sync and it fixed it for me.

I was having this problem. I disabled vsync, but then got screen tearing. I'm gonna try and see what it is like if I lower the frame rate by a frame or something.

Maybe forcing vsync for the game in the GPU control panel will do it? I don't have the issue so can't test myself.

yes, that does fix it.
