Are Foxes and Harpies Unlocks?
I've played few villages now and never gotten either race. Are they something you unlock?

The game as changed a bunch since I started, but Harpies used to be an unlock, at like level 3 or something, foxes didn't exist. I would assume that's likely still the case.

harpies are a level 5 unlock
foxes - level 10

Unlocks. They also don't appear in every map once they are.
