Can i see what exactly happened to a profile ?

My queens hand account is executed, but i have no idea how or why.

Yesterday i played a game on it, won, bought the upgrades etc and then quit.
This morning i did some tests on another queens hand account where i repeatedly started new test games and terminated them after 7 minutes. Now i can't switch back to my play account because its supposed to be executed.

I feel pretty sure i didn't accidentaly used the wrong account. It started all these games on a fresh map, with the same caravan and citizens, that was part of the test. I would have noticed if i was on a totally different location on the map with a bunch of towns already done.

Anyone know where and how i can find the history of what happened to this profile in the save files or something ?
