Question about steam deck
Saw the game is now verified. Very excited. Can it be played fully with a Bluetooth game pad if my deck is docked? Or does it still require use of touchpads?

Playing it today just on the deck, I didn't use the track pass. Mind you, I'm still in the tutorial...

How’s it play with controller so far?

I've played it on the Steamdeck a lot. It's pretty convinient (right touchpad = mouse, left stick = WASD, buttons for rotation etc)

Are you all running at 24 fps?

I went with default graphical settings....

Imo only having trackpad-driven controls (vs native controller support) should not be given the Verified tag and now I'll have to rely on Curators who will properly mark games that have true controller support. This is still just "Playable" imo

I do absolutely applaud the work theyvet done to make it a better experience. But the reward of labelling it as Verified is premature and misleading on Valve's part.

Players should not have to dig into old announcements and forum posts to find out the true nature of controller support when buying any game labelled as Verified for their Steam Deck.

I'm betting they'll have a lot of players who bought the game after the tag was applied requesting refunds once they realize the Verified tag betrayed their expectations of accessibility on the SD.

Verified for Steam Deck means you can play right on with no tweaking, it does not necessarily mean full controler support.
