The amount of money and trouble that's been put into garbage like the DMCA and all the DRM is more problematic than piracy ever could have been. I was just taken by surprise that Steam did it with literally everything and that there was a company not doing things in such an underhanded way. I'd hoped DRM was gone after the SimCity 4 debacle.
Just like if there is no terrorist and 911 incident, process before boarding will be much simpler, and the cost will definitely lower due to less security check.
