For some odd reason these don't work anymore. Were they updated? :o
It's been awhile since I played, and I only started to play again when the dlc was announced. However, I noticed when messing around with console commands that the race id's don't work? I tried to spawn any race whatsoever, and the game says that those races don't exist.
Anyone else notice this?
Btw, dlc is very pretty. I like it :D
I do wonder why the frogs don't have an affinity for working with fishing though? I mean... plenty of frog species eat other frogs, and given many live in ponds it would be poetic for them to have an affinity to work with ponds/fishing, no?
Perhaps foxes will have the affinity! That'd be cute :P lol
obviously you have to have the species in the game. use
I can't test frogs cause of the current patch
Oh! Sorry I didn't see a notification. Thank you for replying. I appreciate it :D
Please also note that you won't be able to spawn villagers of other species than the three species that were drawn for this game.
Hello! Apologies again for not replying right away. I have been busy working on my capstone. Dx
Majority of the commands do work, however I have noticed something interesting.
1.) You cannot spawn any species that isn't one of the three? Example, I have only one or two, not three filled already. So I try to spawn frogs to fill the third spot, however I cannot. I know when experimental first started I could spawn whomever, whenever. Even once had four! Lol, that was fun. Is this an intentional change? If so, why? (Genuinely curious btw, not hating!) I do think it's smart if you want to lock in three specific species regardless, but again just curious as to why the change. Unless this is a bug?
2.) I have noticed that trying to give myself dye does not work. Is it because it's meant to be called something else? Pigment/s? Colored powder? I know there was another one I couldn't spawn, but I cannot recall what it was at this time. So far I only found dye, and one other item, that you cannot give yourself through their direct name.
Regardless, I have been thoroughly enjoying this game! It's been a ton of fun, and I'm so happy you guys are still passionate about this project. Thank you for the excellent work.
Stay safe and take care!
