Cornerstones & Production

Hey folks, I wasn't sure where else to ask, so I apologize if I'm in the wrong place.

I've been wondering if cornerstones that are activated by every x amount of item produced are triggered by "delivery line" effects?

For example the cornerstone "Training Grounds": "Gain +1 to Lizard Resolve for every 70 Training Gear produced."
If I have the "Training Gear Delivery Line," which provides 3 training gear every minute, does that training gear count towards the 70 training gear for the other cornerstone? Or is it only referring to training gear produced in buildings in the settlement?

I have not wanted to risk wasting a cornerstone pick trying it out in-game, lol.

If it says production it normaly needs to be either: gathered (via the little gathering huts), farmed (on fertile soil) or crafted (in production buildings).
The delivery lines should never work for this.
