Another option is to open dangerous glades and hope you get glade events that give you an option to gain rep.
If you've unlocked a way to make complex food you also might be able to get resolve high enough with some races to gain rep that way.
Another way is to play archeology biom (scarlet orchard or something like that, the red one), since it has 3 different mines, each giving +3 blue bars in last stage of digging.
Buy reputation from traders as well.
You keep writing this and we keep telling you it's bad advice. Low population for a species means low reputation gain from them, even when their resolve is very high. It's much better to get their numbers reasonably high and get reputation fast, than dragging the game on for year 10+ when the growing hostility becomes harder and harder to counter. Not to mention that it tanks your cycle score.
There's also a cornerstone which will give you rep for every 60 amber worth of goods you sell. It can be cheesed, if you keep buying and reselling the same stuff.
1) sell things you have in abundance and buy luxury item (weapon, ale, wine, paper)
2) get luxury service building that at least 2 of your race will enjoy it.
3) open all cache with focus on gaining reputation. Buy/Craft simple tool, a lot.
4) Juggle the favor to make a race generate reputation.
Since you don't need to deliver order. So you really need is just things to survive.
The rest either transform into luxury item or luxury food
