I'm not yet a P20 player (P10 and very worried about how I might handle the higher levels).
However, the P20 players who do post here say it is the closest you can get to 'easy' win on P20 - especially if you have Harpies, even more especially if you also don't have Lizards.
The net +10 Prestige of the cornerstone, if managed well (not hard), basically pushes your citizens so well into happy territory that you get reputation point after reputation point.
To make use of it, you need to open a glade right at the start of every storm, with the time it takes for resolve to go down, maybe you can do it like 30s to 1m into the storm.
The storm at p20 lasts 4 minutes.
The glade events take 50% longer to solve, seems to me it might be a problem solving your events on p20 before the timer runs out if you dont want to start them during the storm.
That being said, the effect is still pretty massive. With more limited choices early on, getting rep through resolve easily is very handy, or at least the boost will help prevent people leaving and piling on the impatience. And with that draining less on rep gain you are more on the clock to push onwards into dangerous glades anyway.
