No one will explore the Ancient Shrine

No idea why but I cannot get anyone, in any group combination, to explore my Ancient Shrine. They all sit idle. What am I missing?

Hey! Please make sure that after assigning the villagers, you also click the "Investigate" button at the bottom. It's different from just assigning villagers to buildings, because many glade events have a working effect (which begins when villagers start working on it) and you need to be able to control when it starts. Usually, you also need to pick one of the potential rewards and clicking the button confirms the selection.
