300+ hours if you are willing to play on the higher difficulties and get owned harder than ever before ^^

If you're doing the main story on the base game difficulty, no DLCs, and a sampling of side missions, I estimate about 30~50 of game time hours before you see the credits. This number is reduced if you are going through the game co-op.

If you plan to explore most of the content of post-game content, you may find several hundreds of hours worth of play for a single character. That may start to increase if you start trying other play styles / builds or engage in co-op.

And why you even need more than one character in Nioh? You can reroll/farm/craft anything and just switch builds. There is even special options for that in menu.

211 hours, minus some time while being afk, for my first playthrough on normal difficulty.

I collected everything possible and did every side-mission.
I spent some time forging and tempering equipment, especially when I started the DLC.
I grinded 500 human kills for every weapon to get the prestige titles.
I did every twilight mission I could once every day.
I grinded the obsidian set smithing text. I also tried to get the Swordmaster smithing text (the heavy armor) but I gave up.
I grinded all sword, double sword and the 2 sohayamaru boss skills. Still missing 1 sword skill from the 3rd DLC.

Took me ~100h to do all missions on new game, playing for the first time. YOu could probably do it in 60-70 if you prioritized efficiency.

I think I still have at least 100h to go.

I had around 750 hours into Nioh 1 and I know that was a pretty common thing to hear at the time. Nioh 2 seems to be longer with many more ways to improve your player power. It all depends if you enjoy playing the higher difficulties. I have more fun with every NG+ cycle because you get more and more powerful and so do enemies, each NG cycle feels fresh especially way of the demon and beyond.

I've got about 180 hours right now, probably around 10-20 are afk though due to various reasons. Got through all 108 floors of the underworld, and now filling out my kit with the rest of the slots. Still have a good amount of farming gear still on me.

Getting through the main story final boss(not dlc) took me around 50-60 hours due to playing it a bit slow.

I always get a seperate savefile for level 1 playthroughs or Co-op speedruns

If you're asking how long it takes to do everything in the game on one character (including all difficulties, trying out all builds and finishing underworld and depths). Quite a while. hundreds of hours...

The loadouts don't save respec stats. It sucks having to allocate all your attributes / skill points every time you respec.

There is option in hut that called "builds" for that. It is open after ng.
