can i play with i7 4790 gtx970 and 16gig ram?

Well i play with a so called potato and up until the enemy count goes above 500 it all runs smooth.

No problems here with an i7 4790k, 16 GB of RAM, and a GTX 1080 Ti. I can crank the graphics up to Ultra and still run stable at 60 fps. A 970 has a lot less VRAM, which probably means you'll need to run at high in general and maybe lower the texture setting a notch.
