Mobs teleporting when attacked
Howdy, just recently set up a dedicated server via nitrado - mobs seem to teleport around when attacked & run in place.

They're still having issues with dedicated servers??

still? the seamless world's dedicated servers just launched mere days before the country took off for holiday. it's not like there's a lot of bug reports being sent in with actual information the team can work with either. most people don't submit logs or savedata which would make things much easier to fix.

Some common issues that constantly occur for me:

-FPS drops on my client. This only when I play on the dedicated server (from a separate
machine).
-Enemies cannot move. Whether it is flat ground, or via conveyor belts.
-Enemies look like they fly away into the NETHER, but in fact are just in the same spot,
but visually launching to Valhalla.
-Teleports for the player character glitch out, and go nowhere. In multiplayer the same
behavior except puts them in a random location.
-Player-set spawn points do not persist if a player leaves.
-Casting buffs (Magic Arrow for example) takes multiple casts for the effect to activate.
Seems to work at random, haven't figured out how to get it to work every time.

If you want to eliminate most of terrible things that happen in this game, you need to be the host. Craftopia needs a lot more tuning for dedicated servers, and multiplayer. Neither the server nor the client are very taxing on modern hardware, you can confirm this with built-in windows tools, or 3rd party tools. This makes me guess that the software itself needs some work, which obviously it does, or it would not be in an Early Access state.

I could not figure out anything that would solve any of the issues I was experiencing with a dedicated server. If you figure anything out, that doesn't require waiting on the Developers to hop to it, let us know! The game is great otherwise... lol.
