Gliders?

Are there any actual differences between the regular gliders? Like, the handmade one vs type 2 mechanical wings. The type 2 mechanical wings has more stars but it doesn't seem to perform any differently from what I can tell?

No, there is no difference. Just the look. Only thing that is different is Griffin Wings. They let you fly.

I see. Jetpack and Griffin Wings, and then basically everything else is the same other than cosmetic differences. Excluding the legacy 'Trick Glider' I guess.

How are griffin wings compared to legacy? I remember farming those feathers for the "better" version and being hugely disappointed.

The griffin wings use alot and I mean alot of stamina. The jetpack is ok, but uses jet fuel. Both I have found to me pretty non essential.

Jetpack uses fuel and does NOT use stamina, and also has a built in 'slowfall/glide' the griffin wings... Use a ton of stamina and do not have the slowfall. Jetpack is absolutely superior to the griffin wings if you have fuel for it though since it acts like a glider+wings at the same time.

Thank you both for the replies! Aaaand that was the issue with the griffin wings on legacy as well, the stamina cost is insane, and doesn't play nicely with my mage character, for which I'm focusing slate wise exclusively on mana, sigh.

I'll give a shot to the jetpack, hoping the fuel isn't too much of an issue.

The fuel is easy enough to make if you build an offshore oil thing. But I guess the issue is bag space for it? I kinda wish there was a mod like the potion mod to let you carry more of the fuel.

I see, thanks! Yeah I've found the inventory space to be quite lacking, finishing "crafting" missions does help with increasing space, along the cloud chest which I use as a portable one, but I hope the full game will allow to have way more space.

With that said, I've found somewhere two mod, one which should increase the inventory space, and the other the number of stacks; problem is I haven't tested them, so I'm not sure if they work on seamless (nor if future updates may break them and ruin your inventory/items).
