Game is making 100% GPU load ???

the "flatten" tool should flatten an area to the height of your mouse cursor. It doesn't do that in this game at all, and just flattens terrain to what I'm assuming is the "floor" of the map? This is incredibly frustrating, as there's almost no use for "flatten" because of this. Unless I am just, somehow, using this tool wrong??...

If game gonna be someting like "Sid Meier's Simgolf" -this game need a lot of improved there. This game: https://store.steampowered.com/app/869060/Resort_Boss_Golf/ -Try to be this kind of game but, game failed or developer, because they stop support this & missed then many features that what still need to be there & also they leave there many bugs there, what make game very painful to play & hopefully this game it's not the same if this game going to be "Sid Meier's Simgolf"....

Hey, I took a break and now I either can't remember how to play a round on the course with my pro, or something is bugged. My pro is stuck at the clubhouse wagging his hips back and forth. I don't see an option to start a round anywhere. Thanks. ...
