If it's rubberbanding or something like that, that's definitely not on you, but if it's just plain stuttering, it might be disk/mem/cpu/gpu related, take your pick.
ETA on their fix to what?
I'm not whiteknighting Red Barrel here but it's silly to suggest something is going to be fixed when there's next to no info to work with, but it's hard to tell what kind of fix this entails since they've got nothing to work with. Best bet is to grab a dxdiag, gather some footage if possible and forward it their way.
Anecdotal evidence is just that, anecdotal evidence.
The game just sorta freezes for a second at a time. I dunno if what I experienced is rubberbanding or not, all I know is that updating Nvidia fixed it for a while before the stuttering returned.
I gotta be real, I only said that last part because I was hopeful that Red Barrels addressed this somewhere. If they haven't then that sucks.
