While 1 and 2 focus on pure horror, 3 takes a bit of a twist and just turns it into a fun shooter to play with one of your friends. In spite of that, it is still a great sequel.

Honestly a pretty disappointing game.

I liked the story, added customization's of weapons and the introduction of side objectives were somewhat interesting. Though it had the DeadSpace name to it, it doesn't feel like it's DeadSpace.

Fighting Zealots in cover to cover gun fights which honestly are pointless b/c you can easily headshot them. They're more of an inconvenience than a hurdle.

Necromorphs are just in new skins with only a few new one's introduced. Hardly any boss fights like the 1st or 2nd DeadSpace.

The terror of the first games are not to be found here. There's jump scares, but after a while those don't add to the game and are just annoying and frustrating.

I paid $5 for the game, and glad that I played it only b/c I wanted to see the conclusion of the story. Getting there was just mind numbing and a choir. I stopped doing the side objectives simply because I wanted the game to be over.

Really do not understand all the hate for this game, different from the others but it was still a great time to play with a good story line.
