Will this game get Text/Voice chat later in the future?

Since we got the Multiplayer beta going on, I was curious if we'd be getting some chat features.

A lot of games seem to be nixing chats or mutilating it to the point you might as well not have it because for some reason chats always inevitably lead to toxicity. So, who knows?

Feel like devs should experiment with some kind of shadowban.
Only thing it'll take for users not to even notice is make them see some kind of generic replies like "lol" that only appear to be from other players, but they didn't write and can't see.

why a "shadowban" co-op is friends only it would be stupid if you get shadowbanned from that making fun of your friends for fun
