Lack of New Game +

Honestly ruining... Literally could not stop thinking about it the whole run.
The borderlands formula without the newgame+ is just actually soulcrushing...

And there's no way to really do anything about it. I already played and beat the game.
Gearbox already got many hours of my time out of me. Is it not pitiful that I'm reduced to a state where I want to play more of Gearbox's game?

Because when i played these games in the past the game didn't really begin until max level. I don't actually start farming for the legendaries i wan't until max level. But to really answer the original question, there is no point. Its just for something to do.

To clarify some things.

* Chaotic (chaos 1-19) gear is available everywhere. Vending machines, bosses, etc. The drop/appear rate goes up as your chaos level does, to a max of just over 28%.
* Volatile (chaos 20) gear should be the same way. I am not quite to 20 to confirm. This drop rate is under 2% i believe.
* You can already just farm bosses, if you don't like chaos dungeons.
* All quest drops can appear in vending machines.

same with volatile yes, and it's about 1.41%, so i'd say a hair under 1.5%

imagine going on to a forum to whine like a Karen and proclaim you may be done with a game studio over one game not having one feature you want after just releasing knowing theres going to end up being tons of dlc and season pass content incoming .... i swear gamers can be some of the biggest babies of any community

dayum didn't know they dropped ng+, what is the point of playing it even, the game will feel so short and pointless. the best part of borderlands is going back through with overpowered weapons to go through what you missed before with the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ scailing early weapons... done with epic i think.

It really doesn't need one, it's all about the end game and the beginning is just a grind. I went to make a second character and there was no way I was going to suffer through those early levels again.

I get it, it should be an option, but this more than any other BL game is fine with no end game.

Does this have a NG+ with increased difficulty and same character ?

its more like diablo 3, you unlock global difficulty settings and can change it.
the whole endgame is about leveling up this difficult up to +35

na got it on ps5 since day 1 and mostly been playing it casually no more than an hour or two here and there sometimes with a couple big 8 or 9 hour plays and I got to 40 fairly quickly within 5 or 6 weeks that way I think. and I didn't even play it at all some days cause other games were out too. the perks and loot are the real grind, I consider the first 30 levels or so almost tutorials lol.

How likely are we to get new game plus / True vault hunter mode ?

I know the game is just out on steam , but seeing as it's already 3/4 DLCs in, i wagger how likely are we to get a New game + mode for this game ? In an update? After enough fan demand ? Did they also not include it by basis for BL3 ?
It seems a lil dumb to me that, with how much looting you can get with dices, you wouldn't be able to go get it organically through the game a second time, or a third, or go try whatever loot you find in Chaos mode in the concrete, story driven killing.
Any ideas/ thoughs/ message from gearbox? It seems to have been radio silence on their side to me.

New Game Plus+, Is it a thing in this game?

Like the title says is new game plus a thing? any way to play the game again on the same character/save to get more skills and hero points? I ask this because ALL of the borderlands games series has this mechanic (true vault hunter mode and its equivalent) to add more game time and fun to the game series.

So is it a thing in this game? If so yay and if not, why? it has been in all the other games why not this one? can someone explain why if not?
